API Terms of Service

1. Beta Product
The Reasier API is provided as a beta product. The service may be unstable, undergo breaking changes, or experience downtime without prior notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or continuity of service. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
2. No Guarantees
The API and all data provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data returned by the API. This includes but is not limited to listing prices, availability, property details, and historical records.
3. Data Verification
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all data obtained through the API before relying on it for any purpose. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not make financial, legal, or real estate decisions based solely on data from this API without independent verification.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API data to third parties. You may use the data to build applications, perform analysis, and generate derivative insights. You must not use the API in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Rate Limits & Access
API access is subject to rate limits (currently 5 requests per second). We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access for any account that abuses the service or violates these terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reasier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the API or reliance on its data.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
