These terms are designed to be fair, simple, and protective of your rights. By using Reasier, you agree to these terms, but we've made them as user-friendly as possible.

Our Service

Reasier provides notifications about rent stabilized apartments in NYC. Our service is completely free and always will be. We aggregate publicly available rental listings and notify you when rent stabilized units become available.

Your Rights

As a Reasier user, you have the right to:

• Free service forever - We'll never charge you for basic notifications
• Cancel anytime - No contracts, no penalties, no questions asked
• Data ownership - Your preferences and data belong to you
• Fair treatment - Equal access to all listings regardless of background
• Privacy protection - Your information stays private and secure

What We Ask of You

We ask that you:

• Provide a valid email address for notifications
• Use the service for personal housing searches only
• Don't attempt to overwhelm our systems with automated requests
• Be respectful when contacting landlords about listings

That's it! We believe in keeping things simple and reasonable.

Accuracy & Availability

We work hard to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but rental markets move fast. Listings may become unavailable between when we notify you and when you contact the landlord. We're not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings, but we'll always do our best to keep information current.

No Hidden Fees

Reasier is free to use, period. We don't charge referral fees, subscription fees, or any other fees. We may offer premium features in the future, but basic apartment notifications will always be free.

Limitation of Liability

Since our service is free, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (which is $0). We're not responsible for rental decisions, lease agreements, or disputes with landlords. We're simply a notification service to help you find opportunities.

Changes to Terms

If we need to update these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel your account with no penalty. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues with our service, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through friendly communication.
